Quick question

im supposed to be riding at about a DIN of 6, but i got a REALLY good deal on salomon STH16s. the problem is the lowest DIN setting on them is 9. is that okay or is it too risky?

sth12 are and you wont mix up because your skis wont comme of when they need to if its 3+ higher

How tall are you how much do you weigh and how do you ski?

Unless you're 100 pounds, don't ski hard at all, and 4'3'', you should be set to ride a 9

i'm 130 5'7'' and i roll on a 10

I hope so. I'm pretty similar in size/weight with him, but don't ride a 10...

depends how aggressive you are too, im 5'8, 145 and run a 10.

riding with a din thats too high is dangerous. Jon Olsson does ride with a din of 19, but everyone has seen the shit he can do so its not really worth comparison... Buy the 16s if it is a truely awesome deal, pass the deal onto another NSer and get the sth12 or another binding.
