i just got the new 2006 rossi scratchs and i took em in to get them mounted and told them center and my friend picked em up for me brought em to me and thet didnt center mount i called the place and they said o well should i take them somewhere else and get them re mounted can i do that??????
 
idk i told him i wanted center so

maybe he got tired and forgot lol idk but i want them remounted does it make my skis weaker or somthing?
 
look at your receipt..if they wrote it down take them back and make them remount for free..if they didn't then you're out of luck man.
 
my real question isnt the cost or the mount just if it fucks up my skis or not r they weaker or anything and is a remount really that much more??
 
well..it doesn't matter that they're not center munted, the ski isn't weaker. it just means that if you plan on skiing park with them that they won't be as good.
 
well i ski at like okemo and stratton i wanna get into more park but i like some glads and cliff drops and stuff i just rather have a ceter mount to help with rails cuz thas my weak spot so its safe for a remount k ty o ya does a remount sost more than a normal mount or no?
 
no it costs the same..but check your receipt..look for the comments or notes section at the bottom, and there it should say "mount at center" or whatever. if it says that, take them back to the shop you got them mounted at and demand a remount because it was their fault. if you're in a mood to really piss them off, demand a new pair of skis since they screwed up. good luck.

lol demand new skis i didnt get the skis from then they didnt have the scratchs so lol but ill take em to a diff shop thats better and get it done right
 
if they're scratches they might be weaker because of there wierd flex pattern near the toe of the binding. thats just what i heard, but its not like it'll break or anything
 
dude make them buy u new skis. thats wat happined at my shop if you bitch enough they will buy u new ones. just say u asked for center and u didint mount it cent and now ur gonna have to have it pluged and remounted so the flex is gonna be all f-ed up juss keep bitching and they will give in or at least they should.
 
well they should do it for free and re-drilling the skis should be fine. re-drilling skis more than 3 times is when they start to get weaker
 
dide u say center or true center?cuz center in there mind is core center, so u have to make sure u say true center
