Quick props thread to Bern

Just wanted to publicize my good dealings with them. Definitely a solid company who will make customers happy.

I received a Baker with an audio liner last year as a gift at the holidays. I was very satisfied, but by the end of the season, a wire in the knit portion of the audio liner had been torn and the audio no longer worked.

I emailed Bern about the problem, and they notified me that replacement liners were on backorder, but that they would hook me up and replace it no charge as soon as they come in.

Although it has taken some time, I just received notice that instead of waiting for the back-order replacement(which is still pending), they just put in an order for a new one (which they have in stock) to be shipped right out to me.

I'm satisfied in my dealings with them and feel pretty impressed by everything as I know how it can be with sold-out items on back-order.

Overall, good products, and good customer service by Bern.

thats rad.i love companies who are down to earth and chill about shit, some companies have a stick up their ass when it comes to stuff like thisi don't really like bern's tho IMO, so idk if id buy one, but still, good company

Sounds like great customer service. I've actually been looking into a new helmet (haven't owned one in years) and Bern is definitely my number one choice. This thread makes me even more confident with my choice.

they make solid helmets, i like my watt. good to hear customer service is good as well. dnot buy skullcandy, theyy have terrible service

too bad most of their helmets arent fully certified for on snow use. Sure its better than nothing, but if you are going to wear a helmet dont you think it should meet all safety standards?

yea, bern is definately a great sompany to deal with.

had had a similar problem and they sent me out a brand new helmet. good vibes from that brand.

Not really. I'd rather have something that was designed for an intended purpose of repeated smaller impacts rather than one that was designed for a one shot use and then replacement.

Thanks for the props guys! I'll pass it along to the guys in the office that you think there doing a good job. I worked there this summer and everything is super well run for a small business. Super great bunch!

I am so stoked on my Bern Macon. So comfy and low profile and just looks sick overall, especially with some baller NS stickers. They seem to run kind of small though, I usually rock a L with Giro and RED but needed an XL with Bern. Just a heads up if you're ordering online. Get a Bern helmet and you will be stoked!
