no they just throw them away when you take them back...
ummm yes, of course you can refill them - I don't know if YOU can but people who sell them etc... can.

yea thats what i meant, i think the connections are special so yo HAVE to exchange it again and let them fill it. I exchanged my brothers tank cause i couldnt find a refill place and he was pissed, hes pretty sure you cant refill them yourself.

if you were from SE minnesota I'd fill it for ya...we fill them where I work. Not a lot of places do it any more so you'd have to search for around your area. Most likely a rental shop, small farm dealer or something of that sort.
