Quick pivot question

ok, i have the p12 demos. they can slide back and forth and adjust to different boot lengths. if you know what im talking about, then great, if you think i do, ill post some pics. anyway, i am in the process of taking the bindings off, and the heel piece came of no problem. the toe piece, however,is a different story. the track the toepiece rests on slides on a piece that is screwed to the ski, this track, however, covers the part that is screwed to the ski. my question is, how do i get this track of the ski so i can unscrew the plate underneath?

im not familiar with the demo track on pivots, but if you can post a pic i might be able to help...im pretty damn good with stuff like that

Slide the whole thing off the front to leave just the track. If it's really stubborn use a hammer to hit it off while you hold the lever.
