So long story short my semi-friend has a stash spot located in his neighbors wood pile. It is kinda of behind a fence about a half foot away from the road but there is a gap between the fence and the pile. I went to look if he had anything in there but there was nothing but an empty American spirit pack. As i am walking back to my gf car the guy pulls up in front of us. He asks my name and because i was freaking out i accidentally gave him my real name. He said he was gonna call the cops.

I have two stories if the cops do come up to me

1.) I was looking for cigarettes in my friends stash he didn't have any therefore i am in no possession of tobacco (can they charge me anyway?)

2.) I was grabbing my last two condoms from there because i am to scared to keep them in my own house (can they get me for trespassing on this one?)

So i am thinking if its the first story i wasnt keeping anything there which sounds better than if i was keeping stuff there please ns help me out.

 
its not illegal to own cirgeretts or condoms in AMERUCA so idk what they will charge u own .. unless the guy finds a way to charge u with weed which would be hard
 
first of all its not illegal to possess tobacco if your under 18 its jsut illegal to buy it,and thats a super dick move if the guy decides to charge you with trespassing
 
He threatened to call the cops on you. Did he though? The worst that happens is you get a trespassing violation. You go to court, and show yourself in front of the judge in a respectable way and maybe you get a fine? That is worst case scenario. I wouldn't recommend trespassing again there though, because then the guy will almost def call the cops.
 
yeah thats what im mostly worried about....So if they ask what i was doing there i can say looking for cigarettes and not get in trouble?

How far onto the property was it? If it's what I think you said (2ft) tell him you saw something glinting or the pack of smokes and checked it out as you walked by.
 
oh i got a real good one

say you saw a stray dog with a colar and tags, you wanted to be responsible and go check it out but when you walked up it fucked of into the woods real quick
 
No im pretty positive middle age guy who was shaking cause he was so pissed off. We saw him check the pile "when we left". Im think im just gonna go and say I knew my friend kept his cigarettes there and i was looking for them.
 
haha my friend had an amazing smoke spot in these peoples tree and he also used it for a piece graveyard with little headstones and everything for the broken ones and the people spray painted in red on a piece of wood (trying to make it look scary like blood) BEWARE: WE KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING HERE! haha
 
first of all, its not illegal for someone under 18 to possess tobacco.

second. what did you do? walk through a neighbors backyard? sorry officer, i was just looking for my lost cat. have you seen him?
 
No theres this wood fence with a gap about a 1 ft away from the alley way, you can stand on the road and reach your hand in. Basically thats all i did, there was nothing in the pack so i put it back and got into the car.

unless you live in some podunk town, the cops aren't going to waste their time by coming to talk to you dude. you have nothing to worry about. if you were trespassing, causing trouble, and refusing to leave, then they might trespass you, but otherwise they have better things to do.
 
our town is small and they have nothing to do.....Seriously done posting... mods can delete this now to
 
u can have condoms at any age lol.... but just say number 2 cuz ur didnt want ur parents finding out and that u woudlnt do it again
