Okay so I saw and add for QuiBids on a you tube video and it looked interesting. I checked out the website and it looks legit. Has anybody ever bought something off this site?

Yeah, although if you bid and lose, you can then buy the product for retail value from them, and your bids go towards it, so say you lost 10.00 from bids, 10.00 will come off the retail (but their retail might be higher than another retail discounter say walmart, bestbuy, etc.)

exactly, the way i look at it is, say you are going to buy an ipod. And the ipod is 200 dollars at the apple store. And on quibids its 200, then you might as well try to win it for less than 200. And if you don't, you then buy it for 200 using the money you already bid. But for people who join hoping to win a 5000 television for 1.00 and then realize they lost and don't have the 5,000 to pay for it, quibids is making BANK!

I really wish I invented quibids haha

Yeah penny auctions are ridiculous. Swoopo.com and BidCactus.com and Beezid.com are some others too.
They make SO MUCH MONEY! I really wish I would have thought of it. Beezid has done a few Ford Mustangs. On average they have sold for $719.66. This is 71,966 bids at an average of about $.70 per bid, that is $50,376!!! The car retails for about $28,000, so they make a $22,000 profit off just that one item! It's crazy!!!!!!

I won a $100 Best Buy gift card once. Shit was stupid. Cost me almost $100 to win the damn thing anyway because once I started spending money on bids, and losing crap, I HAD to keep bidding to try and win something to make it worth spending the money. It's like gambling, you think you can win, but in the end the casino/bidsite just keeps raking in all the dough.
