i am 22 and itching to move west, about the only place i can find a job in my field with good skiing around is salt lake. im wondering if its easy to find a place to live there, and meet new people who like to ski and mt bike and such. i have a really close group of friends here and im debating leaving. but im not sure how much longer i can live without mts. any help would be appreciated

Well, I can tell you that there are a ton of chill kids to ski with out here. Just be friendly and you will be skiing with a bunch of people in no time

i was in the same position last year. SLC has cheap rent/plenty of jobs/amazing skiing. Choice was easy for me and now i plan on spending every winter there. Do it! you wont regret it!

just Check out Craigslist.com they have lots of cheap places to rent usually. as for the people if you are cool to people Utah is one of the friendliest states I've ever been to.

super easy to meet people with similar interests here in the outdoor community, whether it be skiing, biking, climbing, whatever.

a lot of that community is relaxed and making friends wont be hard.

salt lake is sweeeeeeeeeet
