Well, you are supposed to take 2 usually. 3-4 can be a clinical dose but i wouldn't push anything past 3 usually (at a time).

um dude dont play with anything pm that dumb. if u want to mess with pills do normal advil and Tylenol. the pm shit can fuck u up. with that said i wouldnt go over 5 or 6.

momz is a doctor. went to some conference. said when you take advil/tylenol it gets more intense by increments and then plateaus.
for instance if you take 1 it will kill 25% of the pain. 2 will kill 50%. 3 will kill 60%. 4 will kill 65%. 5 and beyond do very little, like 66%-69%
hope that makes sense (and those arent the real percentages, its just an example)

Don't be stupid. tylenol WILL kill you if you take too much, even like 12-15 can be lethal.
