Question: Why can't I see certain threads?

I used to be able to see the "You laugh you lose" thread from back in the day and it was awesome. On "My Threads" it keeps saying that people keep posting in it but when I click the thread it goes to the forums page instead as if it were deleted. Why does this happen? Is there any way that I can see it?

 
kinda threadjack but, i feel like not every thread i post in gets into my threads? am i just missing them? I don't know
 
mythreads is one of the deep, mysterious aspects of NS. It's like every single user's personal NS bible.

Everything is in there, but not necessarily in order, and occasionally parts disappear.

.....either that or it's a blackhole, where your posted threads disappear forever.
