what is a good size ski for me, im about 5'11 and ski in the east coast?anything will help, i just want to get the right ski size for my self. Is 172 too small?I would say im a little above average park skiier.thanks

depending on your weight, anywhere from a 170+ is good. Longer skis are more stable, while shorter skis are easier to spin and get techy on rails with.

well its between 172 and 178, whicj one cause now some ppl are saying bigger, and to the guy above they will deff be center mount

Dude I was in the same dilemma and take this info from me so you dont keep worrying. 172 and 178 is 6 cm difference. Measure that on a ruler. Then draw a line to split 6 cm right in half. On each side is how much more you add on each side of a ski to a 172 with 178. It is incredible how little of a difference it is. I say bigger is more balance on rails and stability and jumps. Def go 178.

now what skis? ninthward or amplid?and if anyone has to add about size that is great too

i would say longer (178) its way better for everything i think, and yea i havent ridden ninthward or amplid but i think amplid looks cooler
