Question on pot tea/brownies and stems

My friend has a bunch of stems he wants to use, is it better to make pot tea with them? or get the oil out in butter and make brownies?

Stems hardly have any thc, so there wouldnt be much of a point. you would have to use a shitload of stems. I think thats right?

if he has the stems and plant material from 6 nice plants you should get some bubble bag and make some bubble hash
