Question about pros and their feet

What happens if for example Sammy Carlson has a super small foot or it Tom Wallisch's feet didn't fit in Full Tilts. Would the company make a one off for them, or just make them wear them.
inb4 who gives a fuck

boot fitters use foot beds, dremmels, heated punch tools and much more to shape boots to your feet. I used to think it was bullshit til my feet got really sore and I actually paid someone to tinker with my boots. Now I will always be seeing a boot fitter with a new boot.

They probably custom fit them, im pretty sure not every salomon rider fits in an SPK perfectly.

Pros are sponsored by companies not because their feet actually fit that product but because the company wants them to be the image force behind that product. Sometimes, their feet do work well with the boot they are paid to wear (Tom's foot is actually a good match for FT). But most of them have to get their boots worked on by someone like me. No company makes a one-off boot for a single pro to use- it's retardedly too expensive.

QFT, The full tilt molds are the original Raichle ones that have changed hands numerous times. Making these molds is hugely expensive. But a good boot fitter can make almost anything work if someone has the time and resources to get it done.
