Question about licenses/driving friends in Vermont

Hi,

I'm a Connecticut resident and will hopefully be receiving my license in early february. In CT, one now has to wait 12 months before they may drive friends around. I was wondering how long someone in Vermont has to wait before they can drive friends? Does this change because I'm a Connecticut resident?

Cheers,

Billy C

have you driven in vermomt before? thee roads their are gnarly. if you just got you lisence, i wouldn't recommend that you drive their.

doesn't change because you're driving in a different statein vermont it's 3 months after you get your license you can drive immediate family under 21 and 6 months after you get your license you can drive anyone. you can drive any licensed driver over 21 or 25, not sure, as long as they're in the front seat

where i live, the cops dont really enforce it. they cant pull you over just cause theres people in your car and if you are speeding or watever traffic violation they pull you over for most of the time they wont ticket you for it.

yes u have to wait six months i think and three for family members younger than you or something but fuck it take your chances

It only matters about the laws in state you live in.

Just like say you get your license at 15 since that is the law in your state but you can also drive in a state where the driving age is 16 with no problems.
