Question about 2011 line step ups

So i have a pair of the original stepups that have one mount plugged and the current mount pattern. the holes are so close to the plugged ones that im worried about the strength of the holes being used. I had snapped my shitty salomon bindings right where they screw down twice. So im wondering if it would be worth to try and get the heel pieces replaced again? or if anyone has similar experience with this problem?

the skate deck is real strong at holding in bindings. as long as the holes are 1cm apart or further it will be no problem.

theyre closer than 1cm dog...i dont wanna give up on these skis, they are such a sick fucking ski. perfect flex

well shame about them being so close. worst than can happen is they rip out and then you can go ahead and mount the heels elsewhere. good luck man.
