there is no way that Quebec would change their drinking age to 18. It would fuck with their culture which they love so much, and it wouldnt piss off all the poloticians in ottawa who's children go across the boreded to get wasted in the MExico of canada. Plus, if they drinking age changed to 21, the rest of my university years would suck... AND if they were, it wouldnt be on the DL at my university, and im pretty sure that i would know about it.

my dad went to belgium i think 2 summers ago on business and he said the offical drinking age is when your able to stand on the floor and your able to see over the bar or something close to that, he went in for a guniess after he work and he said like two 14 year olds came in and ordered 2 pints...pretty dope
