Quantum Pahysics

my brother takes that kind of shit in university, i dont understand it at all, which is why im not going to university

Einstien showed that in theory, the closer something gets to the speed of light, the higher is mass gets. Mathematically i think its something like 'The limit of the mass of an object as its speed approaches 'c' = infinity.' As for size, I have never heard that. There is such a thing in relativity as length contraction, where from a rest point of view, things going by you at or near the speed of light will appear shorter than they really are.

As for the size of the universe...its called a 'plank length' I think, and yes it was retardedly small, but I dont have time to check that fact.

yeah, I know about the lenght contraction, it' s called the Lorenz' contraction. But 'c' isn't infinity, it's the speed of light...

^ oh right, sorry... I was too tired to comprehend such complicated sentence structures at six o'clock in the morning, haha... I should probably get some sleep every once in a while

i watched a vid on quantum pysics one time ... supposedly if you walk into a wall an infinite number of time you will eventually go right through the wall.... fucked up shit

quantum physics arent real it is just a big conspiracy from the government...it is not real no point in doing it is all fake no one really knows how to do quantam physics

"What the Bleep Do We Know?" is simply a quantum-propaganda piece that really isnt realistic whatsoever. They present bogus, unproven studies as definite fact and neglct to tell the other side of the story.

I'm not going to get into it, but many real quantum physicists have, and you can read a review here.

http://intuitor.com/moviephysics/bleep.html

(By the way, they gave it an XP = Obviously physics from an unknown universe)

If you want to check out a realistic quantum physics documentary (As well as String theory) I suggest you look at "An Elegant Universe" which conviently enough is available on PBS.org for free.

Wow in this review, they really bash the movie

i liked it though, it brings new ideas, even if they're not all proved...but i'm not an expert, so i may have been fooled...

And i have a question: if a train goes to the speed of light, do the lights in front of it light something, and inside it, does a clock work normally?

i don't have the answer btw

the headlights would light normally, I think. the clock one is a bit trickier, though... If you were standing stationary beside the track and looked inside the train going at the speed of light, (or, say, c-1 mph, because nothing can actually reach the speed of light) it would seem to you that the clock is ticking slower than the one on your wrist. But if you were inside the train, the clock would still tick slower, but you wouldn't know it because you're going at hte same speed as the clock.

Does that make any sense? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong
