Quality Cameras to Film With?

Been using GoPro's to film since it first came out. Used the Hero 4 for a while but I think I want a legit video camera going forward. What cameras are really solid for shooting quality videos? Something like a DSLR or something, but not looking to spend a fortune.

I have used a point and shoot Sony in the past which is nice and compact and has good battery life in the cold. The video quality is nice and can do 4k 30fps or 1080p 120fps, and it was like $180. I'll try and find the link for it
