Px 12 demo bindings toe piece rail demounting?

how do you remove the rail that the toe piece slides on there are no visible screws and im not sure if its glued on or not no clue what im looking at
 
bring em to a shop, honestly, its worth the extra buck to get stuff like that done correctly.....
 
i had a pair of these over the summer so im going on distant memory here but i think it just slides off the track. theres nothin fancy you have to do, just slide the plastic adjuster in front of the toe piece then slide the toe off. im not 100% sure this is right but i think thats how i did it
