PVC Rail Help

I am building a few rails for my backyard set - up. I want to know how to attach PVC to wood. Be SPECIFIC!!!!

I used 1 1/2" wood BOLTS and they hold the PVC down sturdy.

Flip it over, and screw a few short screws into it. Nothing too long, just long enough to hold it in place.

Heres what I did:

1. Use a bigger bit and drill through one side of the pipe. Make sure it is big enough for a screw to fit in.

2. Use a smaller bit and drill through the other side. You are now ready to drill the screw in.

3. Repeat this process as many times as you want in order to make sure that it's sturdy. I like to do a few on either end and maybe 1 in the middle.

How do you drill from the bottom - up.

i want to attach the pvc from the bottom - up - do I need to use washers and bolts. And how do I screw it in. ( I know im sounding like a complete dumbass, but serious advice would help )

I did this, If you know what your doing its super easy

Put the pipes on the ground, then put the wood on top of those. hold the pipes in place with your feet and just drill through.
