Pvc question

will pvc break in the cold? and im building a dfd so will the impact of me on the second kink break the pvc? thanks

it really wont...i have 2 pvc rails and they hold up really well...i have the 1/2 inch pvcs not the inch ones so they work mad well and DONT CRACK

it doesnt really catch edges too much... there are a ton of threads about this though so try searching it

PVC is so cheap. Just buy more than you need when you start. I did that, and when it cracked (once over 2 years of lots of use) you just pull the screws out, take the pvc, replace it and put the new one on. It took me like 10 minutes to replace. I have the 1 1/4 in pvc pipes. I would go with a bunch of smaller pipes.

i had a pvc crack when it got down to about 5F. and edge catching isnt to big of a problem. only had that happen a few times

the only way its going to crack and break like mine did is iff you drag your back foot and hit the end square.. yeah i accidently did that on a 270 on and that started the doom of my rails

if your worried just fill the pipes with some insulating foam
