PVC like sandpaper

after using my pvc rail for about a month, the top is like sandpaper. any tips for getting it to slide rail again (without turning the pvc?)

Sand it down with... sandpaper!

sanding it makes it smooth. So use sandpaper and sand the entire surface you are hitting.

i think wax makes it slower, just sand the top like everyone else was sayin

sand it down then use a sodering torch and beat it up a bit.
