Pvc box?

Ok so I recently built a pvc box 4, 2 inch pvc I believe. Does anyone else have something similar and feel like it's super sketchy to spin on? Might have to stick with rails...

K+

I have a double barrel PVC rail, and i also find it hard to spin onto.

I think that as long as the rail is super stable then you will have no problem as long as you have a good mellow run in and Lip.

This is why im making a new box at the moment.

I've never really tried to jib a pvc box(all I have is some 1feet pipes) and a little 10ft dub barrel with 1.5" pipe).

but as check this edit:

http://orly.newschoolers.com/watch/346711.0/Dan-Dougherty-A-Few-Days-of-Summer?c=6&t=2

he got triple barrel boxes and it look like it work really well(I'm actually building one tripple barrel so I'll tell you how it is to spin on it)

oh and when you're talking about spinning, do you mean doing surfaces,swap,2in,2out?

Im talking about doing surface swaps, such as backside.Maybe my skis are getting caught inbetween pvc bumps?

yeah maybe 2" pipes are too bid for surfaces, it works fine with my dub barrel 1.5", buy some 1.5" and you'll see that it work better than 2"

It is, It was really time consuming to make considering I have no power tools.

I have a rail that is 2 4" pipes and its perfectly fine. But my my other rail with 2" pipes is much harder to grip. I just purchased a 12" diameter 20 foot long pvc pipe so I'm hoping I'll have some fun with that

You could cut the PVC it cuts/bends easily, or can use trex which is plastic wood type stuff and I use it and it works for boxes. Get harder trex because it can tear. Also PM with any questions on trex if you are interested?
