Putting defog on Oakley High Intensity lenses?

Is it ok?Mine have been fogging up and like freezing over on the inside lately. Like baddd. I don't know if I accidentally wiped the inside but I am looking at a way to fix it.

Take ur lenses out of your goggles and put them in a warm place. Keep them there overnight. No more fogging.
