overall, it was ok, lots of big lines (for all you big mtn folks), a few epic segments (dumont's all pipe seg), mike wilson's seg was niceaaaaaa, samy and dumont had ok segs but coulda been better, movie was enjoyable, but it got old, here's why,

they used slow mo for way too many non worth of slow mo shots, they should have gone slow mo way less, and for way bigger tricks,

soundtrack not too great, they used epic songs for the few epic parts, but everything else blew my nuts

it was too long for an msp movie

I finally saw Push, and I gotta say, from the movies I've seen this year, it's my least favorite.

The soundtrack is bad, as in: I knew pretty much all the songs already and have known them for ages. I like to be surprised with really amazing little known tracks and that's just not the case with this movie.

Overall the movie is just like any other ski movie before, not much new, except maybe the epic pipe segment. It gets better towards the end, and of course, Eric Pollard single handedly makes up for everything, but his self edit on Helly TV was better, and that sweet kicker session was completely raped by that overused Fort Minor song.

but yeah, the movie is boring and doesn't flow too well. No need to hate on it, it's got some awesome shots, but it doesn't blow me away from beginning to end like LSS or Skimatic.

Long movies = more skiing = more to watch.

Yeah i hate bonus features its like you know uou have to watch more skiing. That really sucks. When i buy a ski movie i want to watch as little skiing as possible.

Push was my favorite movie this year, I dont know why, it just was. It's the only movie to come out this year that actually pumps me up to ski.
