yeah i've been skiing this summer.. doesnt make me jealous. kinda glad we have a little heat. but snow would be cool.

HAHA, yeah, it's all good, this is pretty much what all you guys did to me in like December and January so think of it as payback, haha, but it doesn't matter next time coz I'll be sharing your winter over there, whooooot!!!! 7 back to back winters if I plan it right, wikkid!

what am i doing this summer im whitewater kayaking and your not......ooooo....its just not the same as skiing though o well

Cardona...i thought i checked out all the resorts in new zealand, i missed that one though. Where's it located?

 
HAHA, dude, I'll be whitewater kayaking all winter here as well, just during the week when I'm at school rather than weekends when I'm skiing, haha, yay!

Cardrona is just out of Wanaka, South Island, probably one of our better ski fields.

There are no trees on ski fields here, none of our mountains have trees on them. There is like a bush line at a certain altitude where the trees stop. North Island mountains are all volcanic and are made of rock so nothing grows on them except little tussock grasses. South Island mountains are made from Platonic movement and so are very steep and made from a different kind of rock and clay, no trees. Some of the other rugged areas have trees up to a certain level and then snow.
