to answer your question, Steezysmurf, yes, that's what purple drank is. you'll often see Lil Wayne drinking a pink/purple liquid... that's purple drank and it gets you all kinds of fucked up.
 
sippin sizzurp. its just nyquil. but you gotta drink like a whole bottle. you can also drink robitussin(only if youre super ghetto) and robofry! youll start to fry n trip n shit.
 
wow, nobody knows what "purple drank" actually is. no, it's not robo trippin or sugar water with dye. it's a cup of codeine/promethazine cough syrup mixed in with some sprite. it's NOT Robitussin- it comes with a script only.

i never said robitussin is purple drank. n i never said da drank is sugar water. in da south, like 5th ward, they sip straight nyquil. thats where screwed n chopped came from.

Yep purple drank has killed all kinds of people - definitly don't ever mess around with this it's stupid. It is liquid codeine that you get for a really bad cough, and yes i have tried it and it is not that great.
 
That is correct, and another popular drink to mix with the cough syrup to create the purp is Hawaiian punch
 
its more of a euphoria than a trip. and me n my friends usually drop a jollyrancher in it to add more flavor.
