Purchasing Tha Carter 3

you guys are idiots talking about these artists which such reverence. There's no real great heritage and deep rooted beliefs being disgraced by sizzla doing a song with weezy. The Rastafari movement itself has only been around for about 70 years...if you think these reggae rappers are in this music business for anything besides money you're wrong.

Thats why I do not listen to any of those disgraceful "reggae rappers". I'm simply stating that it is sad to see an artist like Sizzla degrade himself so far from what he was before. True Reggae artists are not in it for the money but rather for the music and the message.

Ha ha thank god somebody besides me noticed.

But honestly, I've been listening to C3 for the past couple of days and i definatley like it. Although most of his lyrics are the standard wayne, cash money, best rapper alive Etc. overall it still comes off as being a little more mature and refined then some of his other stuff. The production on the album is pretty damn sick, lots of variety. I'm glad and kind of suprised that there are no verses from Birdman on this album.

Favs
-Shoot me Down
-Let the beat build
-Mr. Cater
-3peat (serious banger)

Got Money is complete trash though, i hate that track

How the fuck would you know why reggae artists are in it for and how can you make a distinction for them. Money makes the world go round...being an artist is a living...these people chose this path because it renders making money fun.

i know. what do you kids see in this guy? he has an annoying ass voice, his beats are fake as hell, and hes just straight played out. thumbs down...thumbs down.
