Punx/Urban Punx

ok so im wondering a few things about atomic punx and urban punx. First of all what is the flex pattern like in both of the skis? Keep in mind I weigh around 100 pounds so how soft/stiff do u think this ski would be for me? Also what is the durability like on these skis? Im currently on invaders and there beat to shit with duct tape holding one tail edge and one toe edge in and multiple other problems and needless to say, after one season of use (97 days so far) i dont think they will make it through another.

Cliff Notes: I need to know the flex pattern and durability of punx and urban punx.

If there is any info i missed please let me know. Also if anyone has either of these skis in a 165-75 range and is willing to sell hit me up with a price!
 
i have urban punx, they are soooooo soft. way softer than invaders or anthems. about the same as hell bents
 
tho 09 punx are sweet. they look sick, and are mad soft. they have like a honeycomb design in the tip and tail to reduce the weight.

get punx.
 
i thought they were always symetrical?? and by reinforced edge are you talking about the same double edge that the urbans have?
 
i am 190 lbs and i have broken 2 pairs of them since february.... you are half my weight so they should be good for you.
 
yeah i joined the atomic cult to ask the same thing, and never got a response. they ddidnt have the size i wanted this year (only 173, 182) and i need abot 176. so im hoping they have different sizes next year too. but definetly sick graphics, and the pair i demoed of punx were really soft but im 6'1 154lbs
 
i ski decently hard and even though im half your weight, these will be my everything ski, pow, cliffs, park, groomers and all that, and this year i started going bigger on cliffs, (biggest thing i hit was around 30ft) but i guess if my invaders can handle it then atomics should...right?

ive got the 09 urbans and theres no difference between this years and next.

the Punx are sort of semi designed as a pipe ski so they have a stiff tail and softish nose

while the urban punx are symmetrical flex and dimensions. 107-84-107. so sick.

i have flexed mine against tjski invaders and they are way softer, pm him if you want. also they are so light
 
3 cm is nothing, and u should be riding the 182 anyway. im only like 5'10" and ill be riding like 180s next year
 
should? ok??? ski length is personal preference dude, and ive had 181 scratchs for two years now and i hate them. they are to long for my liking.
 
i have this years urban punx (184) and they're the sickest skis I've ever had for park! they are really soft but in a good responsive way and because of the edge reinforcement the center of the ski is stiffer than the nose and tail which is sick.
