Punk is a really good 'getting the blood-flowing' music thats why i like it so much. It always gets me pumped so i always try to listen to Misfits before doing anything crazy. Rap puts me to sleep

i dont know about the rest of you, but for the last 30 or so posts, all ive heard is bla bla bla, yada yada punk bla bla posers yada yada.

so let me give y'all some advice. listen to whatever you want to, because everyone has their own reasons to listen to whatever they want to.

i personally listen to hardcore, but if you listen to punk, or even pop-punk, then thats cool. you likely have a good reason for it. you have the right to listen to whatever floats your boat, end of story.

but one thing, just dont act like you invented it.

sounds good but, the whole idea behing punk is going agenst the grain. pop-punk defies that. If that wasn't true then I wouldn't really care...

I've said it before and I've said it again, pop-punk is not a dirty word. Check out some Hi-Standard, Vandals or a whole bunch of other bands for pop-punk done well.

I like relient K! but anyway, i wonder if i can settle that whole lifestyle punk dealy that was way back there. Punk is both a lifestyle and a music genre, but you can't get the two confused. I listen to punk music, but i don't really consider myself a punk. And i think that could who said something about atheism just meant to type anarchy and screwed up. Vandals rock!

I was at Warp tour in texas last year and like 2 of the guys from the vandals were right beside us for a few hours and we didnt even know it for quite a while.
