Those bands are very average, but if that's your thing, check out anything on Drive Thru records. Or buy some Fat Wreck or Epitaph comps and see what you like.

I just bought the new shins cd and they are pretty damn good actually.

The Postal service is really good also.. Isn't James Mercer in the same bands or something?
