Punk music in skiing

I feel the older ski films that had more punk and rock (generally majority non hip hop tracks) had more energy and where focused on the thrill of skiing compared to the focus on steeze "g-ness" and style that modern soundtracks have.
 
I am all about older punk NOFX, Pennywise, Black Flag, MXPX before they sucked.

I am glad there are still people who dig punk, it is refreshing to see.

yep me too, i've got less in to punk as i've got older, but i still listen to older stuff.
 
would anyone agree that A.F.I before they went emo and sucked where enjoyable, albums like sing the sorrow, art of drowning, black sails

throw in a little ska. maybe some less than jake. fucking love it. story of my childhood

i think my favorite shit to listen to are the big shiny tunes cd's. epic epic music

fuckin gotta stick to our roots man. with the recent gangster movement in well youth in general, i still find myself clinging on to what i've always been.. loving the upbeat punk and rockin out
 
I love reel big fish, gahh. Pennywise, less than jake, rancid, mxpx (when they were good), mad caddies, leftover crack, steetlight...

and I hate to admit I love old school Green Day.
 
There is nothing wrong with old school Green Day. It's there best days.

I personally hate listening to dubstep or drum and bass. So I listen to Punk (Less Than Jake, AFI, Goldfinger, Reel Big Fish). Something which just gets me in the mood to shred...
 
Hell yes, DOA, Rebel Spell, The Decay(local), Stiff little fingers. list goes on bunch of random stuff.
 
oh man, I miss the punk rock in ski videos...happy days and propaganda lovvve them.

now its basically about how "thug" all these white boys can be.
