The Clash, The Sex Pistols, The Ramones
All are the godfathers of punk. Anything by them you can be sure is awesome. They wrote their music when they were writing for a cause. The Clash had their idealistic view on what life could be, the Ramones with their nihilistic fuck em all attitude, and the Pistols just liked to piss people off. Personally I'm a huge clash fan, try 'Rudy Can't Fail' or 'Guns of Brixton'.
