PUNK, HARDCORE or HIP HOP??

Nothing gets you pumped to huck better than punk but if your out there just to ride and throw some stylie stuff rap/hip hop isn't all bad.

PUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

or anything besides hip hop thats like energetic type stuff

well, out of the three, I'd have to say hardcore cause it's so damn messed up... you never know what's going to happen when that dark acid bass drum kicks in.

Matt

Yeah... you know? That nasty/dirty hardcore bass sound?

Maybe I'm talking a different hardcore? Are you talking punkish hardcore? Or electronica hardcore? hmmmmmm...

Matt

No one likes Hardcore here? What?

Are there no East coast hardcore punk fans here? Shit... it is all about the hard core. Punk is alright too. But the Hardcore is where it's at. That's the shit to get you pumped....

not the kind Matt is talking about though......

i like hardcore a little bit (punk hardcore, not electronic hardcore haha)

diecast, hatebreed, indecision, all out war.

the victory record comps are really good

Fer sure i'm going with hip hop...swollen members, new eminem stuff, you listen to these songs I have then tell me you don't like them. I really like them if your just lapping in the park or actually skiing outside it...nice to chill to also.

HARDCORE ALL THE WAY!!!! Earth Crisis, Blood For Blood, Snapcase, Strife, Boy Sets Fire...the list goes on and on!!!

Escape the chaos!! Fight back!! Mississauga Militia!!

if i had to pick one of those, id choose punk, but if not, id definately go with some old van halen, with david lee roth, not sammy hagar, he was a fag, but david lee roth kicked ass, or if not that, some long beach dub allstars or sublime, oh yeah

clarke

sublime is where its at have you heard about the new band Long beach Short Bus i guess there pretty good but havent heard em yet, they have miguel and eric from sublime..Miguel was basically sublimes 4th member.

i agree. pantera was/is the greatest band ever. and a pretty darn good nick name also...

the badn is actually called Long Beach Dub All Stars

they good, get a song by them called Rosarito, good song!

Isn't Long Beach Dub Alstars basicly still sublime just without the singer? They have been around flor a few years now haven't they.... and they were at warped tour last year and played a bunch of sublime songs? what ever....

Yea the cover of me and julio by me first and the gimmie gimmies is awesome.

Much better then the original emily.

Lates

yeah......

i always liked simon better then garfunkel.

i'm learning the boxer on the guitar!

hehehe, we had a discussion about that in the van

we concluded that all garfunkel had going for him was the name and the hair.

only bad thing about new found glory (they dropped the 'a' before it) is that they are selling out hardcore. now that there on the radio all the fags are liking them and shit cause of hit or miss.

ive been listening to them since last fall and have all 4 of there cds.

cool, i thougt you were talking about LBDAS because you said it included sublime members, but as fro hardcore punk, well i saw my dose of that shit at snojam, sick of it all, miles between us, death by stereo, rise against, the list goes on, but hardcore shit gets you really pumped up, dont forget the Slayer, i mean c'mon it's Slayer, they are awesome, what band wouldn't be with a name like slayer???

actually the long beach dub allstars are a lot different than sublime was, they play a lot more regge-influenced music now, and theres like, 10 people in the band

Personally I was into sublime more...lbda is kinda more of a slower type of music...reggae to as mentioned above.

Paul Simon kicks ass! You can call me al! But, punk, hiphop and hardcore are all okay. I like listening to RATM or the Offspring before hitting a kicker... Cypress Hill is good too.

any offspring before IXNAY came out is sweet

Here's the types of songs I'd listen to at the following times,

On the way to the mountain= Punk (Pennywise, Anti-Flag, Rancid, BAD Religon)

While Skiing= Punk (same bands as above)

On way home= Jimi (My God) Hendrix, Sublime, Bob Marley
