Man i hate patrolies today i was skiing and we made i huge bc kicker and we got our passes pulled b/c it was out of bounds it was gay.. How many of you get you passes pulled alot?

i kno we think it sux, but if u have ever worked at a hill ud understand they are just trying to stay within their insurance barriers and for your safty

They gay thing is there like this is how we lose people and the rode was like 15 feet in front of us and they said we were building a fort haha it was great listening talking about the fort we were building

id rather take dangerous risks then have my fuckin pass pulled^ and this kid at r mountain has gotten his pass pulled for the 4 th year in a row. last year it was becasue he didnt want to quad up on the 4 man lift and this year its becasue he was transferin from inside are pipe to the outter side pullin lincolns, he claims that they were flatspins(noninverted) but they new better. i actually think it was a flat spin.

last year the patrol tried to take my pass cause iwent through a closed glades trail.....i just laughed at them and walked away...and they didnt do ne thing

 
damn. i got mine pulled cause i swore when some doush ran into me at the top of the lift.

sometimes u cant blame ski patrol. read about that mountain wher the kid skiied off a huge ass cliff. if hes dies then its gonna be the mountain's head on the chopping block for not keeping kids off outta bound areas.

ya, the rent a cops fuckin suck. moral of the story is, never give it up, whether they call the cops or not. if the cops are going to physically take it from you, at least you still have your pride

i dunno about out west or where you guys ryde, but on the east coast, they even pull peoples day passes for skiing reckless or too fast according to them, they actually have ski police, its so friggin retarded

Man but at my hill its a small hill and our out of bounds is like 15 feet passed the rope marking it off its gay.. it was in an empty lot oh well get it back next week

i've gotten yelled at a few times for skiing some powder under chairlifts and stuff. I hate when patrollers tell you you have to take down your jump after you build it. If they're sitting there watching you build it they might as well tell you you can't from the start.

i got my friends pass pulled at telluride and i got charged with petty theft and i cant goto telluride for two years. And i've gotten my pass taken away 3 times at powderhorn colorado to for various things eh oh well.

we went to gore the other day and me and 2 other friends got our passes pulled for goin somewhere to drop a cliff... we were only there for the day and it was our last run, so im pissed that i didnt drop it anyways even though the ski patrollers were yelling at us to turn around.

i have never had problems with patrol saying don't go out of bounds. I have actually skied with patrol out of bounds before they are the best because they know a shit load more then i did about the mt from skiing it every fucking day. Then you have the damn 13 year old acidently dropping the 150 ft cliff that was gay.

one time a friend and i made a bet that i wouldnt take a run with my shirt off. i did and when i got to the bottom ski patrol was waiting for me and they pulled my pass. i got i back a few hours later after i talked to them
 
haha last year my friends and i built a little 3 foot kicker into some pow on the side of a run. and we had to smash it down. its weird because the guy said we can build kickers in the out of bounds...
 
that sucks.

last year i was at loon and we were lookin for this out of bonds glade thing some guy told us about. and 3 ski patrolers took us to the entrance and were like well if you get hurt its your fault and we never said you could go in if someone asks.
 
PULLED PASSES. omg guys i really send my deartest and darest out to you...you guys are the shit and you should keep skiing because skiing=the shit. just don't ou dare stop skiing, cause they need to stop sucking dick/fds
 
They aren't rent-a-cops. They are there to help you when you need it. weekenders aside, if they have to pull your pass they do it for a reason. And if they ask to see your pass, alot of them aren't there to take it, but if you swear at them and refuse to show your pass, you'll get it pulled quickly for being an ass like that. Pride? You would much rather get the cops involved and still lose a pass to "keep your pride"?
 
Write a sorry note, and talk to the GM. No joke, this works. It sounds queer but i dont know about you but id do anything to get my pass back?
 
dont think they can legally pull your pass for building jumps unless stated in the agreement u signed for the pass, but if they say not to and you dont stop or build another then i would say they can, agree or disagree?
 
wow you guys get ur passes pulled for nothing.

just this year i've had to hand out all my old school ID's (3) for poaching closed runs. one time was quite funny there was a group of ski schools and patrollers watching us ski fresh lines and yelling 'oh those guys are going home' they asked for ID and told us to meet them at the bottom to get it back, who needs there old ID back? we went back up and did it again.

I dont know about the US but here the ski patrol can't do dick if u refuse to give em your pass
