Pulled over while getting road dome

driving last week i decided to stop at mcdonalds and order 3 large frys and just pour them in the bag soo me and my gf could enjoy them..i always buy too much food anyways.. soo were heading to new york to the mall and shes like how would u like some road head... WELL ID LOVE IT..sooo shes starts and i recently had a apb out for a open container in my car(LIES) but was never caught for the fake reported call..i was at a 2 lane light and it was night, little did i know a COP waqs in the lane next to me and made out what was going on HAHA. i took off and he got on my ass. he musta ran my plates and saw the open container report on my car and flipped his lights on. I FREAKED OUT CUZ I THOUGT HE SAW MY GF GIVING ME HEAD soo i grabbed the bag of friend and threw then all over my sti and on my lap and on my floor.. i also grabbed every thing around me and threw it everywhere. i stuffed my junk in my pants and made my gf pretend that she was picking up fries in the floor on my side and my phone which had gps on it and we were uing it to get to where we were going...the cop comes up and asks what im doing in ny and why my gf was on my lap at the light and why it looked like she was giving me oral sex.. i was liek officer i spilt my friend everywhere and i was having her pick them up soo that i wouldnt stomp then into my blue rug... he checked out my car and sent me on my way.... this isnt a claim :)
 
i hate when i spill my friends everywhere. getting bitches to pick them up is a good idea though.
 
oh shit! legit fallback story there! now I know to bring a bunch of trash in my car that I can lay on the floor incase!
 
Unless your fucking retarded, which I'm positive that you are for even posting this..... you would have had PLENTY of time to make that situation look completely natural before the police office ever got to your window, are you kidding!? Also, you should have said "Yes, thats what she was doing; and her seatbelt is on, so whats the problem? "

it wouldnt be indecent exposure because your in your car, am I wrong? and also, it could be seen as a distraction that the cop would not want going on on the road
 
I think it would be indecent exposure. Just because you're in your car doesn't mean that other people can't see you from a public area (the street)

Got caught givin it to my ex by a cop in a my car. He just laughed at us and said we better leave because it was in a park and kids could be around. It was pretty akward
 
haha idk it's one of those weird laws. like in idaho you can't fish on a camel's back. but really, who the hells gonna enforce that shit
