Pulled over/"Warning"

when you get pulled over for speeding or what have you, and they give you a warning, do they enter that into some computer system so that next time you get pulled over the officer can see that you have had however many warnings?

Depends on if its a verbal or written warning. Some cops will just "give you a warning" in the sense that they warn you not to speed. Other cops will actually issue you a written warning which will go on your traffic record and can be seen by any cop that runs your license plates.
