if youre asking about whistler, then no, i dont think there is going to be a public park, or so ive heard. even if they did, its not worth any money, its shit. hood on the other hand, expect a public park as usual

 
there will prob be a public park, whistler has just as much snow as hood. hoods on need of snow bases also. every summer camp all over the place needs snow.

 
if whistler has ANYTHING it will be worth the money, especially just to poach the camper lanes
