i ride 169 pe's and i love em......they pop great, and have crazy indestructable edges....been ridin em for 2 seasons, and are still in awesome condition.....you will be more than happy if u buy em for sure

 
I love my 179 PEs. But they don't carve nearly as well as my Pocket Rockets. For more of an all-mountain ski go with something else but if you're a park rat then the PEs kill it...

ive slid rails all year and the edges are still intact and in good condition. there the best rail ski i know of

I got the 04/05 PE's, or PUBs as I have always called them are kinda stiff, I may buy fujatives next season. But the PEs are great park and all mountain skis and are definetly worth the money, no problems here and it is my first year skiing. I skiboarded for two seasons and now I have the 169 PE's and they carve great and are pretty forgiving.

kinda off topic, but how are the stiffness in the Armada ar5s..? Just wondering, I'm thinking about gettin this pair soon..its like 30% off so I think its a pretty good deal.

04/05 P.E.s are exactly the same as the first publics only different graphics. and dont get p.e.'s get tm's! ^and to jibempyre i tryed the ar5's size 176 because i kid i know has them and they are stiff as hell especially the tail, they were pretty nice and were stable when bombing through crud and and on rails they did ok but i prefer my tm's but if you want a super stiff twin for in and out of the park there good.

man alot of ppl have complaints about the edges that they suck but i guess not
