on the ski sidewall, there should be an arrow or triangle showing where the binding is supposed to be mounted, measure 3mm forward, then measure the entire binding, but it in half, and if the middle is 3mm FORWARD of this arrow, u got 3+

on the PE's, it has a little ruler type deal on the sidewall, so it has +1, +2, +3, and if you have the newer ones i think they go up to +7, which would be center(i believe)
so just check that, measure from the 3+ line to the end of the toe piece and heelpiece, and if those two lengths are equal, they are mounted at 3+

i live in nova scotia,which is 100% park so i mounted mine a + 7 and it aint center,it is about an ince back from the center on my 169s and i actually love them everywhere

the PE's scale system is on the side, to check where its mounted just click in on of your boots and on the boot the is a line ( usually on the inside side bottom near the sole), where it hits is were your mounted, also the +s go from the midsole(being the typical carving setup) to the core center(absolute center) remember that the core center might not be the best for the design of the ski.

Cause you really dont need to know anything about skis or skiing...just how to work a fucking ruler which i guess is still asking to much for some people on this site..

last time i checked, skis were measured in cm's not inches dspin
i have my pe's at +3 and its the best mount point ever. enuff tail to help with landings, but enuff shovel to really rip up the mountain. best all around ski ever.
