Now no one is gonna ride the bus anymore? Last time I checked a head doesnt get sawed off on every single bus ride. In fact, now is probably a safer time to ride the bus, because the chance of getting your head sawn off just went way down, as it just happened.
While we are at it, I do personally think that capital punishment needs to be reinstated. There is not a single ounce of doubt as to who committed the crime and given the severity of it, can the perpetrator really still be considered human? I guess that depends on what the definition of human is, but I'd say, in such a case as this, this "person" lost the right to be labeled as such. Thus, doing away with him wouldn't, or shouldn't even be regarded as murder. What's the point of having such a person rot in jail until he dies? If outright killing him is to be seen as an anti- solution - a murder to punish a murder - fly this guy to the south pole and let nature take its course...
