PSAT debate

so i have extra time for the sat and past and stuff. at first i was super excited about it but now i am realizing that it is really just embarrassing and i dont really want it. so on wednesday when i have my psat should i check in the room for kids with extra time or not?
 
i dont know, i just dont feel like i need it. i mean, i kinda worked the system to get it, so i feel bad about that. i mean, i could take it without the extra time. plus i dont really want the reputation of being one of the kids with "learning disorders" aka retarded. i know i am being arrogent and im just proteting my ego, but i realy dont want to take it, and everyoone is telling me im wrong
 
its worth doing well on the PSAT. Its the qualifier for the National Merit Scholarship.
 
dude. definately take the extra time. it's nothing to be embarassed about yo, especially if you do better than some kids because of it.
 
The only thing I remember about the PSAT was that I took it in my schools library. I don't remember who took it or even what I got on it. So if you're worried about people thinking you're retarded, then don't because they'll forget about it.
 
im telling you man just take it. why do you care if people think you need extra time reading shit? nobody will care dude, trust me. would you rather get a better grade or have a few kids think "ok he took extra time.... who cares...."
 
take the extra time. if anyone notices you got extra time, it will be because they're jealous. by the way -- how did you get the extra time?
 
well i kinda have add. but i grew out of it. like i used to be a rraging ball of hormones but then i just calmed down and im more or less normal now
