PS2 on your computer

Is there anyway you can use you computer moniter as a tv for playstation? I have a roommate and we have to share a tv so I don't want to be a bitch and always be playing my San Andreas.

go to ebay and search for 'tv tuner' its a card that plugs into the pci slot in your computer. the tv cable plug comes out of it and theres a yellow and white plug on it too. you just plug it in and you can play. its usually under $40.

Does anyone know how to actually play a PS2 game if you have it downloaded on your comp? I heard there is a special emulator you can download somewhere, but I havent been able to find it.
