for Gary Johnson in my incredibly liberal home county of Hennepin County Minnesota. Also proud to live in 1 of 4 counties in Minnesota that voted against a same sex marriage ban.

Life free!

I'm proud to be part of the 1%

You can all occupy my cock.

Honestly surprised he only pulled 3% in new mexico. I think people were so convinced that there were huge difference between obama and romney, that the lesser of two evils game came into play. They would rather have obama than romney, or the other way.

Another sad election year as far as the presidential race. Another year freedoms get fucked, and the bs two party system dominates.

Yea America!

^ as far as the first part of that, wasn't actually being mean was just playing off the occupy wallstreet 1% vs. 99%

Feel like I need to specify before I get some shitty pms about it.

It really really surprised me how even a state like Maine was pretty much split on same sex marriage. I mean, this is a 1st world country in the 21st century here. Is it just hillbillies that get out to vote?? Because that is sad. Really sad.

I voted for Gary Johnson too. I live in mass so we were going to go obama anyways and I figured one vote for gary j. would be a lot more significant respectively than one for Romney. Also I like Gary J. the best out of all 4 on our ballot.

I voted for Johnson too, really surprised by how few votes he received. Thought he would be really close to that 5%

Exactly why allowing so many citizens to vote is rediculous. Have you seen the video of the lady who is irrationally scared of chickens? Yeah, she can vote. Same with the people who eat laundry detergent and believe in ghosts

Allowing those people to vote is not ridiculous. Once you start saying who can and cannot vote for their representatives you cease to be a democracy.

That said, those people ARE the reason we have a representative democracy as opposed to a direct democracy at the federal level.

"That a pure democracy if it were practicable would be the most perfect government. Experience has proved that no position is more false than this. The ancient democracies in which the people themselves deliberated never possessed one good feature of government. Their very character was tyranny; their figure, deformity."

-Alexander Hamilton

"Pure democracy cannot subsist long nor be carried far into the departments of state – it is very subject to caprice and the madness of popular rage."

-John Witherspoon

It doesn't matter to me if its a 'democracy'. I know this is not going to happen, I just don't like stupid people voting.

I don't think most of the people voting are stupid, but def a large number are very ignorant at the very least about the issues and candidates they're voting for.

As much as I can't stand stupid people voting, it's their right, and I don't want to see that change. I do get annoyed when people blindly urge people to vote. If somebody has no idea what's going on telling them to go down and vote for somebody simply because it's their duty is retarded. Would rather have somebody who is uniformed and doesn't care not voting than just pressing random buttons.

Nah, that's just being stupid.

And all my time? I don't watch TV. Most people kill a dumb amount of time there every day. I've probably done more in terms of adventures, traveling and time away from the internet than you this year.

It's just that when I'm home and have the internet, I have an ns tab, facebook tab, and phantasy tour tab open constantly. Pretty much play xbox, eat, watch netflix, go on ns, repeat. Then I leave for a while, then I come back to the same.

Maybe I'll leave for good sometime and then you'll miss me
