ski looks good. graphics are HORRIBLE, and those atomic bindings need to go.

Hate to break it to whoever told you those were prototypes for a new ATOMIC twin, they're not! Trust me I know, I've been working on the 05/06 line of freeride skis for the last 6 months, and those are deffinitely not part of the line. the 05/06 line Twintips throught to Big Daddy's look so sick!

Haha no I know thats my friends 01-02 head mad-trix. Dont take it to seriously I just wanted to joke about them cuse he put those ugly atomic bindings on them. Well its actually a good binding 918 but the rest of atmics stuff is not very good.

 
Atomic 918? That binding does not suck. Plus, Atomic has NEOX bindings now. If you can find them for a decent price, they'rre probably some of the best bindings you could buy, or so I'm told.

those bindings didn't totally suck, they were just heavy and ugly, they worked really well though. as for Atomic 'Sucking' in general, I've said enough about this on past threads I'm not going to repeat myself yet again, all I can say is:

'wait and see'

im def exicited to see what they come out with. There awesome built, and ski like a dream. Outside of the park anyway. The tweaks are alright. Im excited to see a wider platform park specific ski, and maybe some light weight tough park oriented bindings? i haven't tried any of the new nexo or what ever there called stuff yet.

if atomic could make a soft-flexing jib ski, it would be amazing. they are the lightest skis around, built like a brick shithouse, and ner fall appart. a nice hard base, stronger edges, relitivly soft torsional flex, and a ton of pop, and you would have my dream ski.

I still don't know what to think about the triplets. I think lots of people could use them and will need the extra, but I also think that poeple will be scaping up the extras to make pairs of skis which might not be good for atomic. Say i bought a pair and my friend bought a pair, and we needed money, we could put the 2 extras together and sell them to some one to make some money.

 
Ohh about them sucking thats just my own opinion I used to ski for atomic back in the days when I raced and I did not really like them. But I suppose they do not suck I just dont like the feeling of som of there models.

 
Atomic needs to start building their twins like their snowboards, not their race skis. Looks like they might be doing that(if those are atomics). but those graphics are terrible, but prototypes, so meh

^^ how the skis are built has nothing to do with it, they're built just fine. Sandwich construction doesn't provide the tortional stability that the Beta profile does, this is why Atomic skis can ski all conditions well, not just park, or not just big mtn. The problem is the graphics and the image that surround the ski brand. What makes the snowboards so sick isn't how their made but the image and graphics that surround the brand. Trust me when I say this is something that the riders have been trying to change for the past 3 years however this year is the first time that the higher ups in Austria are finally taking us seriously. As I've said, look for big changes all around in the 05/06 freeskiing line.

^^ all last season I skied the Atomic by Look binding (basically a Look with a different paint job) they were super sick, I'm not positive if they're putting that binding into production for the consumer, but I told them that they should. As for the graphics....... 05/06 is so sick it's crazy.

yeah i think atomic is trying to step it up and put some time and money into the freeride line. the atomic look binding is a really good idea and should go into production. keep it up rex.

 
I'll be riding them by december I think, so anyone who sees me will see them then, otherwise I think I'll be allowed to post pics of them in late December or Early January, might happen earlier, I'm not sure yet.
