I was up at camp with Sarah this summer,and there is nothing bad you could possiblly say about her.She go huge and is one of the nicest people that i have ever met.Anyone who diddes her is just bein a faggot and has probably never seen her ski or met her.

maybe she is great, i like her skiing and jumps and shit but others may not. just cuz ur way of thinking is to love her others may not think shes hot or something and base it solely on looks or maybe that shes a girl skiing or anything else.

sure shes good cuz shes pro, thats not a matter in this issue.

you dont have to like every pro. alot of people hate on tanner for his clothing style, yet hes by far the most looked upon skier in the game.

so even though hes THE BEST by far with steeze and trick selection some people still hate on him cuz hes 'gangsta'

here's the thing. a forum is somewhere where people can post WHATEVER they want to say. it shouldn't anyone's right to say that their OPINION is the correct one while someone else's is wrong. i have plenty of respect for Sarah and I think that she has progressed the sport immensely for girls. But i think she and many other pros have to understand that there are gonna be doubters and haters. thats how society is. anyone in the limelight is gonna be questioned, put down, and made fun of. its all apart of being 'famous'. most of the bad mouth posts come from people with little or no information to base their comments on and merely want to be a dick or try to rile up others. to be a pro athlete or to be any sort of person with publicity, you have to learn how to take the good with the bad. i think sarah needs to brush off the comments and move on, most of the hater posts on this site are from punk ass 12 year old anyways who don't know shit. keep ripping sarah, and don't let the man get you down.

i have been here since 2001, on my other screenname (this is one i created this summer because of a certain nickname i was given) and i do understand there is some moral limit to what is said, but there also is the fact that there really shouldn't be. i mean thats what free speech is all about. if you really want to enjoy the liberties of free speech you have to take the good with the bad. personally, i think there a lot of kids who cross the line way too often and there should be some control. but it is their opinion, and i respect that. though i may think that their opinions are poorly formulated with piss poor information, it is still their right to say what they wish. i do wish this site would go back to its more glorious days when people would actually post intelligent ideas that would bring a new angle to a conversation, but now this site, with 30000 members or whatever the number is, there is undoubtly gonna be ppl who make out of line comments and really add nothing to this site.

I get pissed off by half the stuff I read, but I think the beauty of NS is that everybody has an equal voice.

Julian, there are moderators on this site who take down the posts that are too offensive.

Other than that, would it be a better place if everyone lived in a fantasy land that nobody dissed you?

I know when I post a video on here, if it sucks I want everybody to tell me how bad it sucks. If it's good, then I get props and feel good.

It's hard to take criticism, and many people don't like it, but don't be hard on those who wish to express their opinions.

Just go into the thread and back up the person who is hurt by it.

Anthony used to be really mad at the comments he would read on here. Then he realised that for every bad comment, there was 10 good ones, and the majority of people would come to his defence.

There's always childish people out there who just want to post 'you suck' for no apparent reason, you just have to look past that for the good.

There's no such thing as a right or wrong opinion. I'm for one glad that on NS I know that at least I get to hear everyone's thoughts. In magazines, you only get the opinion of one editor, or a few people, and how fair is that?

I fell it for Sarah and the other ones. Now that you say this, it is to think that we cannot think that the other ones are as us. Sarah Burke in this case, except for the fools, nobody should doubt that it is pretty, a great freestyler and if it affects this way him for sure good person.
