so guinness is trying to make st. patrick's day a holiday and they need 1 million signatures on their petition by the 16th. if it became a holiday then we could all enjoy a day of drinking without having to skip school or work! hooray, now heres the link.

you think a million people are enough to make aholdiay? think of how many holidays there would be? theres 300 million people in the us 1/300th cant decide to make a new holiday i think thats just facebook bs..

how the hell much sense does it make, to make St. Pattys day which is an irish holiday that has nothing to do with america, into an american holiday

arent you the one whos being closed minded? who doesnt love a day full of beer? and im pretty sure christmas has nothing to do with america either...

and for everyone whos bitching about how it can never happen... why not just sign it and find out?
 
seriously, we only get catholic holidays off. thats BS. they should have like 15 holiday days to take off at any time to be fair to everybody
