there is already one being build in the meadowlands, why would they build another one so close?

the greater the change in temperature, the more efficient a heat engine is
since a resort like this is basically a giant reversible heat engine it would actually be more efficient to run it in Florida. Thank you thermodynamics.
however, no matter where they build it, I highly doubt that it would be much more than an expensive bunny hill for rich people thats indoors. never the less have a sick park that is cheap to access. 2bil is a hefty investment.
