Does anyone else buy products just on account of the fact that they made a good ad? I've done that. I figure they deserve it. I bought some vicks nasal decongestant once based solely on the fact that I liked the commercial. They need to focus more on the amusingness of the ad and less on harping on about the product. If they do, they'll sell me more things.

yes but this is different. people should know that the adds are goning to try to make the canadate look as good as possible. i mean normal commercials try to make the product look as good as possible too but this is different in that there are 2 clear competitors andjust like atleast i do with products, they should research on their own who would be the best instead of jsut listening to commercials....

But that's simply because most places with shit commercials suck balls anyways, and I don't buy that many products, so I can weed out those with shitty advertising as having caused me far too much pain. McDonalds is a good example... although I'd never eat there anyways.
