How long after landing 3s did it take to go backie, how long after backflip/first invert to go to the next one,360 to 540 to 720 etc. Also, it seems like I ALWAYS fall. Am I the only one? lol

progro sweg

but in all seriousness its not only about getting better its about enjoying it. If your not happy because your not "good enough" then you should be skiing.

I fall at almost everything I try, but that isnt the point. I keep skiing and going for stuff because it is satisfying to land and I find it incredibly fun. If you don't enjoy it dot do it. There are other facets of skiing

Just fuck off anus

at first i did nothing but 180's because i could spot the landing the whole way through

then i sacked up for a 3, did those for a month straight until i got bored and learned 5's

after doing 5's for a few weeks i started hitting jumps switch.

did a bajillion switch 1's for a week or so

figured out switch 3's on little jumps (easiest hard trick ever)

next day i tried it on a bigger jump and thought it was easy as fuq

started doing sketchy switch 5's on little jumps.

a week or so pass doing another bajillion switch 3's on bigger jump

finally sack up for a switch 5, stomp the first one. try again and eat shit every time.

lost confidence and motivation on jumps for a couple of weeks.

decide to hit jumps again, land everything including switch 5's.

feeling really good so i say fuck it and go for switch 7,

sketchiest shit ever.

try again and stomp it.

but yeah that was pretty much my season on jumps. idk why i wrote all of that but i guess what i'm saying is to go at your own pace and only go for a trick when you feel comfortable doing so. if you go for a trick that you really have no idea what you're doing, you should fully expect that you could crash and hurt yourself. not saying that can't happen in any other circumstance but taking bayb steps can greatly reduce that risk.

this is my 4th year of park btw.

I was struggling myself but I spent a lot of time playing EA ski and really started to get some of my tricks down. If you can do it in ski you can do it in the park

If you want to maximize your progression, I'd suggest playing shredsauce or youriding freeski II. They help a lot with form, and it really gives you some great air awareness

Props sounds like a damn great year. How much did you progress on rails?

not much at all haha. i can't get techy on rails so i usually just go for big gaps and disasters and stuff.

go at your own pace, have fun, dont worry about kids being better than you, only try stuff if your confident because if you dont commit youll die, etc

Everyone progresses at their own rate. I started landing 3s at 12, then I tried my first inverts the next season. I didn't get comfortable with flips till I was 15 though. I went frontflips, Lincoln loops, under flips, backflips, ninja flips, rodeo 5s, then flat 3s. And I am still progressing from here.

I can backie, lincoln and etc. but barely do spins so I dont even know if I can still land 3s. Its all about getting comfortable with what you do.

learned backies before 1's and 3's.

gunna try hittin jumps switch this weekend...but i prlly won't.
